Abstract

Досліджено основні аспекти політики інформаційного суспільства (ІС) Європейського Союзу. Визначено вплив на регіо-нальну політикую. Розглянуто питання побудови інформаційної інфраструктури, поширення стратегії електронної коме-рції (інформаційного бізнесу), електронного уряду та інформаційних послуг як факторів включення країн у міжнародні полі-тичні та світові комунікаційні процеси, а також вплив інформаційних технологій як невід'ємної частини інформаційногосуспільства на розвиток повсякденного життя.It was examined the main aspects of the EU's information policy. It was determined the impact on the regional policy and the mainquestion of the building of information infrastructure, the propagation of the e-commerce strategy (e-business), e-government andinformation service as the factors of state integration in the international political and communicational process. It was also studied theimpact of IT as an integral part of the IC on the development of the common life.
