Abstract

Розглянуто питання щодо державної політики та національного законодавства Швейцарії стосовно регулюваннястатусу національних меншин та захисту прав і свобод осіб, які належать до таких меншин. Проаналізовано висновки Кон-сультативного комітету Рамкової конвенції про захист національних меншин та резолюцію Комітету Міністрів Ради Єв-ропи стосовно імплементації країною положень Рамкової конвенції.The article is dedicated to the the Switzerland national minority policy and national legislation concerning regulation of the legalstatus of national minority and protection of the rights of the persons belonging to such minority. Have been examined the AdvisoryCommittee's of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities opinion and Council of Europe Committee ofMinisters Resolution on the implementation of the Framework Convention by Switzerland.
