Abstract

Присвячено актуальному питанню – проблемі торгівлі жінками і дітьми та ролі ООН у її вирішенні. Автором зробле-но спробу дослідити діяльність ООН щодо ліквідації торгівлі жінками і дітьми та проаналізувати правову базу ООН у ційсфері. Визначено комплекс заходів, які застосовує ООН для боротьби з торгівлею жінками і дітьми.The article is devoted to the current issue – the problem of trade of women and children and the role of UN in solving thisproblem. The author made an attempt to research activity of the UN towards the resolving of the problem of the women and childrentrade and to analyze the law base of the UN in this sphere. Several actions were determined, which are used by the UN to fight thewomen and children trade.
