Розглянуто проблему використання ноополітичних технологій у боротьбі з міжнародним тероризмом під час екстре-мальних ситуацій. Основою такихтехнологій є концепції переговорного процесу між конфліктуючими сторонами.A problem of noopolitical technologies implementation against international terrorism during extreme situations was considered.The basis of such technologies are the conceptions of negotiations process among the parties to a conflict.
