Проаналізовано одну із сучасних теорій міжнародного виробництва, яка розглядає виникнення й функціонування транс-національних корпорацій з погляду промислової організаціїта ефективності внутрішньокорпоративних виробничих зв'язків.The article analyses of one of the modern theories of international production which explores emerging and operation oftransnational corporations in the light of industrial organization and efficiency of inter-corporate production links.
