Abstract

Визначено ступінь відповідності сучасних повноважень американського президента у сфері зовнішньої політики Кон-ституції США, а також демократичним засадам функціонування американського суспільства та моральним нормам сучас-них міжнародних відносин.The aim of the article is to define to what extent the contemporary powers of American president in the sphere of foreign policycould coincide the Constitution of the USA as well as democratic foundations of American society and the present internationalrelations moral norms.
