Abstract

Розглянуто питання щодо державної політики та національного законодавства ФРН стосовно регулювання статусунаціональних меншин та захисту прав і свобод осіб, які належать до таких меншин. Проаналізовано висновки Консульта-тивного комітету та резолюцію Комітету Міністрів Ради Європи стосовно імплементації країною положень Рамковоїконвенції про захистнаціональних меншин.The article is dedicated to the the Germany national minority policy and national legislation concerning regulation of the legal statusof national minority and protection of the rights of the persons belonging to such minority. Have been examined the AdvisoryCommittee's opinion and Council of Europe Committee of Ministers Resolution on the implementation of the Framework Convention forthe Protection of National Minorities by Germany.
